We accept pure-bred or mixed breed dogs and cats. Dogs do not need to be altered to stay with us.
We do not board dogs together except upon request with household companions.
Prime Time Day Rate-An additional $2 charge for each Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Holiday & some Vacation periods.
Whether you need overnight Boarding or just staying for the day (Day Stay), Cassio provides “Personalized” care for your pet. So we can learn about your pet’s individual needs, you will speak with a live person when making your reservations. We do offer several unique add-on services such as personal time with one of our trained staff, doggie play dates with another suitable dog, a full range of grooming services in our pet spa, play yards, K9 Kabanas, training classes, private lessons or training while boarding, swimming, and more.
To keep your pet healthy, our inside Boarding areas have specialized air circulation systems with advanced UV-C germicidal lights to control the spread of bacteria and viruses.
We provide individual care meaning that we do not put dogs together unless they are from the same household and the owner wishes their dogs to be together. We always separate dogs during feeding.

To keep our pet guests healthy all dogs and cats must be up to date on their vaccinations and a copy of their rabies certificate on file.
Dogs
Dogs have Indoor, spacious sleeping areas with beds and bedding and clean fresh water at all times. The large exercise areas includes hard surfaces, gravel or grass. For those special dogs who prefer a more subdued environment ask about our "Cozy Room". Dogs do not need to be altered to stay with us. We do not board dogs together except upon request with household companions.
Cats
Cats receive personalized daily care in their separate quiet room with a view.
Personalized Services
We do offer several unique add-on services depending on your pets needs.
K-9 Kabanas
K9 Kabanas are available as an add-on during our office hours and good weather. A safe individual 20’ x 20’ outside area where your dog can watch people and animals coming and going while resting on their Kabana’s porch.
Personal Time
Upon your pet's arrival as a new guest, and to help them adapt to their new environment, our staff is ready to provide some one on one Personal Time.
Personal Services
Many pets eat special diets, an additional meal or need medications. When you supply these special needs, Cassio will keep them on their normal routine.
Grooming
We offer a full range of Grooming, trimming and clipping services. Our refreshing Micro-Bubble shower and body massage spray is included with all baths. A choice of nail care with straight nail trimming or grinding for that smooth rounded appearance is available. We also offer a-la-carte maintenance services for nails, sanitary trim and care and ear care.
Day Stay
Whether going to work, taking a day trip, or your dog would rather not be alone, our "Day Stay" offers your pet a safe place to spend their time and can include "personal time" with our trained staff!
Play Yard
Our Play Yard, a clean, large, fenced in area where your dog can run and play staying clean on the “Natura” grass. Especially good exercise area for a reactive dog. Great for doggie play dates with another suitable approved dog. $10/half an hour
Recreational Swimming & Dock Jumping
A natural spring fed pond, approximately 50 x 150 feet and 6 feet deep is available on our property. The pond can be used by your dog for recreational swimming, retrieving work, sports jumping, etc. A regulation size dock, 8 x 40 feet extends into the pond for "Dock Jumping."
Training Classes
Schedule some basic dog management skills or private lessons for your dog while boarding. Also, check our Training Class schedule for you and your dog or arrange for a private lesson with one of our trainers.
Hours
Our Office hours are 8:15AM - 12Noon & 3PM - 6PM every day including Sundays and Holidays. While the office is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days, your pets needs will not be interrupted. So that our guests can settle prior to our closing hours, boarding check-in and check-out is between the hours of 8:15 AM to 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
To permit our guests to nap, digest their meals and adjust in a quiet environment, we are closed between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM every day.
